I'm guessing this is going to make folks unhappy when reviewing the
package list, and I'm not sure that it's needed.  Doesn't britney also
check build dependencies when checking package propagation?  If so, then
the constrained build dependency on the correct version of the NVIDIA
graphics modules should prevent it from propagating too soon.
