Apparently you uploaded to unstable instead, and managed to get through
NEW already...

Why does the new TODO.Debian contain what looks like code for
implementing the options in question?  (More to the point, if it's
documentation about the -use-the-force-luke options, why is it called
TODO.Debian in the first place?)
