Ok, I've attached a diff containing another set of fixes. This gets rid
of all but one lintian error, with the remaining one requiring a patch
to pbc_to_exe.pir's POD. The changelog diff should explain what each fix
is. I've also attached a watch file which is considered a wishlist-type
bug by lintian, and is generally nice to have. Once the rpath patch gets
decided on I think we're pretty well set to make an upload with these fixes.
