Okay, updated. Because of the usual problem with libparrot being NEW,
I'll need someone to sponsor the upload.

Also the Rakudo/NQP upstream developers recommend updating those
packages to 2013-02 as soon as it's released. Would you like me to work
on that?

I'm not able to destroy the old pkg-parrot/pkg-parrot repo, but once the
Alioth admins do that, I'll replace it with a clean repo created by:

git import-dscs --pristine-tar --debsnap parrot

I've blown away my github copy of pkg-parrot and replaced it with the
new one:

in progress, I just want one that's always clean.
