As long as you're a member of the scm_pkg-parrot unix group, you should
be able to do this by logging into vasks.debian.org (aka git.debian.org)
and then doing whatever you want on /git/pkg-parrot/pkg-parrot.git.
AFAICS, you/somebody has already removed the branches at least.
Please tell me if you're unable to fix this yourself with the
abovementioned instructions and I'll take another look.
