The file is included in several other packages; cf. also
http://www.filewatcher.com/m/perlobject.map.2623-0.html
codesearch.debian.net doesn't like me at the moment; but it should be
possible to find out what other packages do for this file.

And in the meantime,

(Not terribly helpful ... Looks like it's used all over the place and
only mentioned in libtext-hunspell-perl's d/copyright.)
