I have moved the packaging Vcs's of libnet-sftp-sftpserver-perl and  
libx11-keyboard-perl to pkg-perl/packaging now.

In the packages' Git repos, the Vcs-*: fields have already been  
adapted. I will re-upload the packages once they have left the NEW  
queue. Until then, I leave symlinks for each package in collab-maint.

The other lib*-perl packages that I uploaded recently  
(libpoe-component-*-perl, dependencies of FusionDirectory's argonaut  
client/server), I will leave on collab-maint. In the Maintainer: field  
we leave the FusionDirectory Maintenance Team (Benoit Mortier and  
myself), but the Debian Perl group stays in Uploaders: field,  
signalling that we are happy from input or even about uploads from the  
team if necessary and any time.
