[php-maint] Thoughts about PHP 5.3

Hi fellow PHP maintainers,

I was just thinking if we should just push php 5.3 to unstable instead
of trying to solve all that crap which creeped out of 5.2.10.

It will be hell of work since I guess that are some incompatibilities,
but we will have to deal with them anyway, so why not push 5.3 now and
have more time to iron out all the bugs before next release?
