Result of my scuba diving into phpunit :
As php-psr-log is merely an interface (with some abstract classes), the
only way to test it would be to implement it, but then phpunit will test
the implementation more than the interface.
Am I wrong ?

Done - This is exactly the kind of magic I was searching for.

Done for patch

phpcomposer requires 5.3.2+ and traits are implemented since 5.3.4 so
5.3.3 is a good go beetween...

Just a joke, we should definitely depend on 5.3.4+ (which is already in
wheezy) - Done
