I made a mistake when removing Tests/ from the package. It is the
interface supposed to be used by package using Psr/Log so it must be
present. I have changed debian/rules in that way.

I found this by packaging php-analog which implement Psr/Log and use the
test interface, allowing a DEP-8 compliant serie of tests.
