rakudo + nqp 2012.01

Hi all,

after Allison's announce [0] I've started updating rakudo and nqp to
the new Parrot and upstream releases.

Everything seems to work fine (apart from the ICU problem [1]), but in
the new upstream release of nqp are embedded two libraries: dyncall
and libtommath. The second one is already packaged for Debian and I
have written a patch to use the packaged one instead of the embedded
one (the patch doesn't really work now, I'm still working on it). As
for dyncall we should package it too (I haven't had a look at it yet).

Regarding nqp (again), we may want to separate the nqp binary from the
Parrot related files: Allison suggested something like adding a
libparrot-nqp binary package (which rakudo should depend on) but I have
not done the work yet (and I am not sure if it's worth effort now).
Also, there is the nqp vs. not-quite-perl naming issue still open :)

Finally, explicitly depending on libparrotX.Y.Z to avoid problems with
new Parrot uploads does not work very well, we may want to find a
definitive solution (e.g. adding an explicit "Breaks" in the parrot
packages).

Btw, I have pushed all the changes I've done so far to git.

Cheers
