I've used a Breaks statement on my libsdl-perl package that indeed breaks 
other games. This works quite well: libsdl-perl is still stuck in unstable 
because all its reverse-dep are not ready to go into testing, which is saner 
from users point of view.

So, i'd say, go for it :-)
