No, ${source:Version} is unchanged in a bin-NMU so it's fine to use
it in a arch any package to depend on a arch all package.
It's the ${binary:Version} which changes (includes the +bX suffix)
and that can should only be used in dependencies between two
arch any packages.
(lintian catches those mistakes BTW)
