Yeah, there is quite a bit of history to the project -- and it shows.

Just a note: I think that Depends: nmap-common (= ${source:Version}) may
be broken by binNMUs (but I'm not sure about that).

Thank you. Looks good to me. What exactly prevented autoreconf from
working?

I still have a patch lying aound in my git stash, but it's not really
useful. I must have lost my enthusiasm rather quickly. :-/

However, I wouldn't expect ftp-master to raise a problem about the
copyright file, so let's just upload as soon as you finalize your
changes for any other outstanding technical issues.
