xmltooling_1.0-1_i386.changes REJECTED

Hi Russ,

unfortunatley I have to REJECT xmltooling.
The package misses at least the following copyright notices:
- for the xml scheme (the license is also missing),
- for files owned by ASF.
There might be other, I stopped after finding these.
As mentioned in the prod, you probably also want to adjust
the build-dependency to prefer libcurl4-openssl-dev, please
excuse my optimism that caused that to be sent before the
license review.
