That css symlink that I left in there isn't for the CSS URL related
configuration ("cssdir"); it's to do with a separate bug that hard
codes the CSS directory as being relative to the main LedgerSMB
installation; i.e., as /usr/share/ledgersmb/css. And which is used in
the code for doing online editing of the css file. (And also possibly
for selecting the directory for getting the css file selection in the
user preferences.) It's been fixed in upstream by adding a
configuration item for the css directory in the file system, which I
expect will be available with v1.3.19.

Basically because I could not get that to work. How much that was
related to the css directory access bug, or some other issue, I'm not
sure yet.

I'll be checking that with the next upstream version.
