Heh - right now I am packaging Unicode::Escape anyway.  I can just as 
well package Unicode::LineBreak.

I believe the most appropriate is for this team to not take on 
maintainance of common Perl libraries (we have plenty to do just with 
the Sympa project itself!).

...and I happen to also be in the Perl team :-)


So if noone objects very quickly, I'll probably do the package it within 
an hour or so.
