Have in mind that while gnugk 2.2.6 works with stable openh323/pwlib,
some of the newer features get disabled. For example, I needed ENUM/SRV
support which is only compiled in and enabled when the libraries support
it, i.e. in the development release (1.19/1.11).

We should probably package those as well -- I've done it for my own use
and it's trivial.

Since this is a development release, I'm afraid that other things might
break (e.g. Asterisk's channels, if we manage to get them working that
is...).

With my patches in now, may be we should have two versions
simultaneously in Debian?
Or is it too much of a maintainance overhead?
