Bug#556215: qutecom: webcam shows only static

Hi again Ludovico,

I downgraded to:
- libavcodec52_0.5+svn20090706-2+b1_i386
- libswscale0_0.svn20080206-18_i386

Everything is working perfectly now!

Should I post something to the people at debian multimedia?
