Bug#650296: linphone: sipomatic referenced, but not available

Hi there!

As the title says, linphone manpages (linphone, linphonec and
linphonecsh) refer to sipomatic(1), but this tool is not shipped in any
Debian package.

According to the Debian SVN repository [1], upstream dropped sipomatic,
but I was unable to find such a statement in the upstream sources except
for two Git commits [2][3], both about removing sipomatic compilation
From console/Makefile.am.

Given that compilation of the sipomatic manpage is still enable in
share/C/Makefile.am, before any further action it would be useful to
know upstream opinion.
