hi Thadeu,

it was me who uploaded jabber-muc and i've coordinated with the current 
jabber14 maintainer the removal of all the deprecated jabber-* packages, see 
#516360 (and more will come soon).

jabber-muc supports jabberd2 now and hopefully jabber14 maintainer will 
contribute support for his package as well.

jamin orphaned the jabber packages long time ago and in the last email i 
changed with him he was not longer interested in jabber packages.

i've imported the 1.1 release to the xmpp git. it would be great if you pushed 
your changes and we can upload a new gsasl packages so i can upload the 
jabberd2 ones.
