Please, drop the zope3 dependency: it is unlikely that zms can run on
zope3.

Download the source for zope-btreefolder2, the most simple zope2.x
package, and have a look at debian/dzproduct and debian/control to see
how this works. That should be enough to package zms for multiple zope
versions.

I think that you should subscribe to this list if you are interested in
maintaing zope packages.
