What is the estimate delay for a SRU to reach users ?
popcon.debian.org receives about 1600 reports from Ubuntu users each days.

OK, so now the popcon server reject new reports from 1.56ubuntu1. I am
considering removing old report from 1.56ubuntu1, but I need to assess the
impact on the statistics. In any case they will disappear in around 20 days by
the normal expiration process.
