[Tux4kids-discuss] How useful is Tux4kids for older kids?

Well, I have a cousin that'll be turning 11 soon, and I intend to buy 
him a cheaper computer and putting a Linux distribution on it. His 
parents would probably be more pleased with this gift if it were to be 
more useful as an educational device. I don't want to have to pay for 
Windows and some expensive learning software.

He's already familiar with the basic usage of computers and arithmetic 
(he's going into 6th grade), so I'm wondering how useful TuxType and 
TuxMath would be for teaching him?
