[Tux4kids-tuxtype-dev] Alternative set of graphics for TuxType and TuxMath

To some extent in TuxType this is already implemented via the international
themes.  If you check out the Jamaican Setting in Options >> Choose Language
you will see that Tux is sporting a whole new look!
