There are always things to do. So far, the main venue to discuss what
needs to be done has been the mailing lists. As another student
pointed out, we have not made use of the bug tracker available at our
Alioth site.

We added lots of new features during GCI. I would mainly like to get
all of this new code fully stabilized, and new releases made of
t4k_common, tuxmath, and tuxtype before we add anything else.

t4k_common - there was one remaining GCI task (migrating
convert_utf.c) that should be done, then we should try to get a
t4k_common-0.0.4 out ASAP. Of course we want to make sure both cmake
and automake builds work, etc.

tuxmath - lots of important new features added, including extensively
revised Factoroids, important LAN fixes and features. We also had
some new music files contributed that have not been incorporated yet.
When t4k_common-0.0.4 is done, several files in tuxmath will become
dead code and can be removed when we start using the t4k_common
equivalents.

tuxtype - in the immediate future we need to finish "porting" tuxtype
to use t4k_common. This has been started as a GCI task.

For both tuxtype and tuxmath, we have *many* new or updated translations.

It is fun to see the projects moving forward again with respect to
user-visible features. For some time we have been mostly concerned
with the underlying code.

Regards,

David Bruce
