Package: vmdebootstrap
Version: 1.2-1~bpo8+1

When attempting to run the jessie backport, vmdebootstrap fails to download
some packages:

# vmdebootstrap --image=./foo.img --size=100000000 \
 --mirror=http://mirror.lan:9999/debian --hostname foo \
 --log /tmp/vmdeb.log --verbose
[output trimmed]
I: Retrieving linux-image-3.16.0-4-amd64 3.16.7-ckt11-1+deb8u3
W: Couldn't download package linux-image-3.16.0-4-amd64 (ver
3.16.7-ckt11-1+deb8u3 arch amd64)
[more output trimmed]
I: Retrieving zlib1g 1:1.2.8.dfsg-2+b1
W: Couldn't download package zlib1g (ver 1:1.2.8.dfsg-2+b1 arch amd64)
E: Couldn't download packages: linux-image-3.16.0-4-amd64 zlib1g

If I look at the log and find the debootstrap command:

DEBUG debootstrap --arch=amd64 --include=linux-image-amd64,acpid stable
   /tmp/tmprREuvt http://mirror.lan:9999/debian

and run that by hand, it works fine. Before I discovered that I also tried
multiple different mirrors. The version of debootstrap on the system is
1.0.73~bpo8+1 but I also tried with 1.0.67, no difference.
