I created this spec for axel in Fedora 9. If anything needs to be updated, please let me know.

Why axel is not in fedora software repository?

Committed the spec file to SVN.  However, I don't use Fedora and won't be able to test it, please complain if something doesn't work and bbbush <bbbush.yuan at gmail.com> should be able to help us.
