Given that no thing called "CUT" exists yet, I'm not surprised the
Debian community doesn't know about it; it's a feature, if you ask me
:-)

Anyhow, would you mind sharing your draft article on this list before
submitting it for publication? Given your target audience, posting it
here won't be a spoiler for sure.
