Right.  I've never tried to use that version as a Pacemaker resource,
though: it runs a standalone systemd service.  Please see
http://lists.alioth.debian.org/pipermail/debian-ha-maintainers/2015-October/004548.html
for further hints.  Basically, you don't need Pacemaker for clvm itself.
However, the default DLM fencing method is the Pacemaker agent.
