[Debian-ha-maintainers] ocf:pacemaker:controld fails on Debian Jessie since dlm_controld doesn't exist

Right.  I've never tried to use that version as a Pacemaker resource,
though: it runs a standalone systemd service.  Please see

for further hints.  Basically, you don't need Pacemaker for clvm itself.
However, the default DLM fencing method is the Pacemaker agent.
