[Debian-med-packaging] SeqAn2 architectures

Hi all,

it looks like the SeqAn 2 apps do not build on all architectures [1] due to some architecture specific code(?) which was not the case before. Could someone with more SeqAn background probably have a look and check if there’s anything to be done to make it more portable? I’ve currently asked for removal of the no longer built 1.4 versions for these archs to allow testing migration, but it would be nice to have it on more platforms.
