[xml/sgml-pkgs] Bug#692756: Add --root-element=section

Hello Mathieu,

*Bug#692545: Unknown option(s): --decompose-tables .*
The names of the command line options changed. All of them but --in,
--out, --profile, --help, --version now start with their section name as
prefix and the name of the configuration parameter as suffix, e.g.
--docbook-document-element or --html-encoding or
--docbook-decompose-tables.

*Bug #691170: document --logging-level**
so the herold debian package comes without log4j ...*
The option --logging-level was removed, because the logging is now made
with commons-logging from apache.org. A org.apache.log4j.jar file is
located in the jars directory and the log4j configuration file resides
in the conf subdirectory.

*META-INF and classpath:*
In version 6.0.2 I switched to OSGi-Bundles everywhere, so the names of
the jar archives changed.

I hope this information helps to clarify the changes. I made a lot of
cleanup in the last year, introduced a new configuration file format,
switched to git, ant and ivy, etc. So a lot of details changed, only the
documentation is the old until now :-(

Regards,
Michael
