Status of libcrypt-cracklib-perl?

I tried to contact the upstream author about the license but the mail bounced. This is what kept me from Upload of the package. If you think "Perl" in Makefile.PL whould Meran artistic license, i will add this and try to Upload the packege. But anybody feel free to commit to git and/or upload.
