mdk3 patches from Debian

Hello Pedro,

I'm working on the MDK3 packaging for Debian inside the pkg-security team
and i have some contributions that you may be interested on.

You can get all the contributions from here[1], there's a manpage at mdk3.1
and some pretty useful patches at patches/*.

If you have trouble understanding them, please let me now (they all have a
self-explanatory description).

The most important ones are fix_coding.patch (which can trigger a new mdk3
release, although there are still some coding problems left) and
typos.patch.
