mdk3 patches from Debian

Well, i've just got "554 Sorry, no mailbox here by that name." from Pedro's
email.

We have to get in touch with mdk3 upstream somehow, i'm gonna see if
someone from de aircrack-ng community can help me.

BTW, i forgot to mention that mdk3 is shipping some .svn directories (and
they should be removed):
