How should we update the uploaders list

If I'm not mistaken, this is a matter of a week and a half (or at most 3
weeks, depending on if the 5th December limit applies to the migration
or the unblock - not clear to me). After that, no changes of type ii
will be accepted, which are the only ones that explicitly have to go
through unstable. Then everything we are still allowed to fix (RC bugs
and translation/documentation fixes that can slip in with it) can go
through TPU, which means we can start to work with unstable again, right?
Or am I misreading the freeze policy?
