How should we update the uploaders list

OK, I see your point of facilitating the testing process by using 
"unstable".

Anyway, although the change of uploaders wouldn't be accepted into 
Jessie on its own, it probably wouldn't prevent other changes from being 
accepted into Jessie. It could probably just "slip in" together with the 
important changes, using categories iii. or iv. To me, such a change 
seems very similar to a documentation update: A little change in meta 
information that cannot break anything and that is therefore accepted 
"on the side". However, this applies only till 5th January 2015. So in 
case that we don't have any RC bug to fix in Jessie before that date, 
but after that date something comes up, then we would possibly have to 
use TPU for that.

If that seems too risky, we can still sit it out. I don't consider 
perfectly accurate meta data crucial. It's accurate enough so people are 
able to contact the team via the mailing list and get a rough idea of 
the people that are involved. The only thing is that I'd feel sorry for 
not giving Ralph the credit he deserves. But he would get it - just a 
little later.
