Yes, we are aware of the situation, and I already have a patch for
that (where asking a partial removal from testing against ftp.d.o is
automatically converted in a partial removal from unstable).

I developed it in collaboration with release team (after all, they
know what the want) and I asked them if they want that fix for squeeze
but they said it's quite a rare situation that doesn't worth the
hassle, so it's just waiting in a feature branch on my pc :)
