[Reportbug-maint] Bug#664147: wishlist: python to be removed

Hi, Python is cool , but I was considering that reportbug is like apt-get or lsb-release, or important package.

Could it thus be made into apt-get or made much lighter, i.e. being recoded in C and to remove python from the required dependencies totally.
