I am just saying it is more than important, because novice users, will
stick to default settings. I also often says, "It is for sure fixed
now", and then discover it isn't!

How user can now that its few pages long bug report will just dissaper,
to find that he/she should use text interface. For sure it is obvious?
Real people doesn't use gui interfaces at all, right?

With all respect, but reportbug itself shown me that this bug have
status 'pending'. Which means it is solved, and waits for upload?

Also number of duplicates and merges of this bugs, clearly shows how
many people was affected by it. Probably more, because how normal user
can reportbug about reportbug if reportbug is constantly crashing?

I send you an gdb session few months ago, showing what can be possible
problem. Nobody answered, to show me directions what can be wrong.

You clearly want more discussing issue if this is important bug or not
(IMHO it is critical), than help fixing it. You didn't even mentioned if
you or other reportbug developers can reproduce problem or not.

Regards,
Witek
