[Nut-upsdev] help with TRIPP LITE SMART550USB

don't know if I have to reply  to everyone, if  not apologies...
I can connect the ups to a laptop...would that help?
however at the moment can not unplug my Wk station from the ups
(do I have to do that?)
if you tell me how to proceed, can try later
