I have usleep in unistd.h :

#if !defined __NO_ISOCEXT
#include <sys/types.h> /* For useconds_t. */

int __cdecl __MINGW_NOTHROW usleep(useconds_t useconds);
#endif  /* Not __NO_ISOCEXT */

The key seems to be __NO_ISOCEXT here.
Can you try to add "#ifdef __NO_ISOCEXT" around your usleep definition.
If it works I could add a proper workaround for this in the code.
Thanks
