Like kaffe does, the package generated should set or update 
alternatives for the executables binaries.

I don't know if it should set somewhere the JAVA_HOME but it may be 
interesting.

Currently, java-package does install alternatives for 'java' and the
like. I think therefore that this bug is solved now, although I could
not track where between 0.10 and 0.20 this bug got solved.
